2.4 Camera and Photos

Our Driver App uses your device's camera for the following purposes:

  • Proof of Delivery: Drivers take photos of delivered packages as confirmation that orders have been successfully delivered to the correct location.
  • QR Code Scanning: The camera is used to scan QR codes for order verification, pickup confirmation, and secure delivery handoffs.

Photos taken for delivery purposes are stored securely and associated with the relevant order records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Process and fulfill food delivery orders
  • Facilitate communication between customers, restaurants, and drivers
  • Provide real-time order tracking and delivery updates
  • Process payments securely
